      In order to create a Baby Memorial Page with MyBabyMemorial.com you must first register.  Registration allows you to have a username and a password.  Keep these in a safe place because you will need them to come back later and edit your page.

You will receive an email containing your password within 5 minutes after registering.  If you do not receive the email in your inbox please check your spam folder.  If for some reason you still do not have the email please send us an email at webmaster@mybabymemorial.com from the account that you used to register with and we will send a password manually.

  Your username will also be used in the link to your Baby Memorial Page.  Your page will be located at:
www.mybabymemorial.com/memorial/page/username

   
Email Address:   Enter a valid email address
  Your temporary password will be sent to the above email address after you submit the registration form.
 
Your Name:
  You do not need to enter you full name if you do not want to.  A first name is sufficient.  This will not be posted on your Baby Memorial Page unless you input your name into the Baby Memorial Page Maker when you login.
 
Secret Question:
  In the event that you lose your password and are having problems getting into your account, we may require that you answer the secret question that you list above.
 
Question hint:
  If you are required to answer the secret question above in the future due to a lost password, we will give you the hint provided above if you need help
 
Secret Answer:
  Please enter the answer to your secret question.  This may be used in the future if you lose your password and we have to verifiy your identity.
 
Comments:
